Upon order confirmation, please allow 3 - 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for us to process and pack it prettily for you as we are equally as excited as you!
Delivery options
1. Traceable postage to letterbox (2 - 3 working days) - SGD $3.50 per order, free domestic shipping for orders from SGD $100 and above in a single checkout.
- We will only be using SingPost Smartpac for delivery
- Please check your letterbox as the postman will delivery the parcel straight to your letterbox
2. International Shipping (May take up to 10 - 21 working days due to covid) - Flat charge of SGD $10, free shipping for orders from SGD $120 and above in a single checkout.
- All packages shipped internationally can be tracked. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please note that international delivery may be subjected to Custom Taxes and all customers are liable for any local taxes or charges incurred at customs. ofprettyensembles will not be held liable should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges if you forget to apply the discount codes at checkout.
Please also check that the address entered is correct and in full, contact us at ofprettyensembles@gmail.com if you’ve failed to do so. ofprettyensembles is not responsible or held liable for incorrect or insufficient address once the order has been shipped. Additional shipping charges will apply for returned orders due to inaccurate/ insufficient address.
